This is one of the few branch-level agreements that exist in Romania. On the same day, they also signed an agreement on teleworking. These two texts will apply to almost 23,000 employees. The agreement raises the gross minimum wage fixed in 2018 from RON 2,500 to RON 3,300 (from €505 to €667) and establishes pay increases linked to length of service.
