As part of the new collective agreement, salaries will increase by 9.25% and fulltime workers will receive an additional bonus of up to €1.000 in both 2022 and 2023. Changes have also been made to ensure a better work-life balance, and workers will now benefit from higher pension contributions and new rules for guaranteed temporary leave.
