In May 2022 there will be a pay increase of 3% for the lower pay scales (1-9) and 2% for pay scale 10 and above. The end-of-year bonus will be increased by one percentage point to 7.5%. In May 2023 there will be a general pay increase of 2.6% and the end-of-year bonus will be increased to 8.33%.
