Through this social package that includes improved employment at the airport, higher salary increases, better rosters, and improved areas for security staff at Schiphol, the airport aims to attract more security staff. Schiphol Airport explains that the security-specific supplement of €2.50 per hour is in addition to the Schiphol supplement of €1.40 per hour, valid until 1 September 2023.
