Particular attention was paid to low incomes and the increase in minimum wages, which is essential in times of high inflation and a shortage of workers. The union succeeded in reaching general wage increases in 14 of the 17 sectors. In the other three sectors, at least the wage bills will be increased by up to 3%. Minimum wages increased by 3% to 10% in twelve sectors. In two sectors, the weekly working hours will be reduced without reduction in pay.
