This round was again dominated by the pandemic. Nevertheless, the economic prospects are favourable, and inflation is picking up. LANV was able to agree on wage increases in 14 of the 16 sectors. Of particular importance are nine general increases of up to CHF 80. Eight industries agreed on higher minimum wages. For the in-house technicians and plumbers, the weekly working time was reduced by 0.5 hours.
