Around 12,000 employees at the North Sea ports benefit from this result. Employees can look forward to wage increases of between 7.9 and 9.4% from 1 July 2022. From 1 June 2023, wages will increase by a further 4.4%. What is special is that an inflation clause was agreed: a price increase rate of up to 5.5% will be compensated.
