In August 2022, the employees initially received a one-time payment of €500. From 2023 the same amount will be paid for salary groups 1-4 as an annual bonus. For salary groups 5-6, the benchmark for determining the variable salary is to be increased by €500. In addition, the monthly wage tables will be increased by €140 for everyone as of 1 October 2022. Effectively, this means a wage increase of up to 8.6%.
