The annual report provides information on what the trade union federation has achieved and where there have been setbacks. In the 2021 wage round, the focus was not on haggling over percentages, but on the exchange of experience and ways in which the social partners can contribute to overcoming the crisis. Nonetheless, real wage increases of between 0.5 % and 1.0 % were achieved and the minimum wage will be increased in five sectors. There has also been progress in matters of public transport.
