The scheme is called EPK (Own Pension Account) and means that all pension earnings are gathered in one account. Furthermore a delayed benefit for people who quit jobs will be introduced. If a worker is to blame for unemployment, he\u002Fshe must currently wait 12 weeks before receiving unemployment benefits. From January 1st, this will be increased to 18 weeks.
