Many European countries build or rebuild their collective-bargaining systems, to ensure that a large majority of workers will\u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fwww.socialeurope.eu\u002Frestore-the-wage-share\"> enjoy the protection \u003C\u002Fa>of collective agreements.
