Although the Employment Office spent 174 and 128 million CZK respectively in 2017 and 2018 (6.8 million and 5 million euros) on the requalification program, only one third of the companies was willing to hire a ‘requalified’ employee without any experience. More than 50% of companies would not hire such an employee at all.
