The collective agreement provides for a total increase in remuneration of up to 6%. It has a term of 33 months from 1 January 2018 to 30 September 2020. The agreement is subject to approval by the relevant bargaining committees. The remuneration increase is carried out in two steps: By 3% on 1 February 2018 and by a further 3% on 1 May 2019.
