The 1\u003Csup>st\u003C\u002Fsup> article discusses opportunities an ageing population brings – and the challenges; the 2\u003Csup>nd\u003C\u002Fsup> and 3\u003Csup>rd\u003C\u002Fsup> describe the financial situation of pensioners and the necessity to continue work. With so few workers saving enough for their twilight years, retirement is in danger of becoming a thing of the past. That has huge implications for workplaces, and how older workers are treated.
