The deal includes a wage increase in an effort to make the sector more attractive, protection against social dumping and measures to prevent bogus self-employment. Trade union Unia organised a large survey in 2016 among workers in the sector. The outcome was used in the negotiations. During the branch trade conference in March 2017, members of this sector discussed the current situation of hairdressers and hairdressers.
