One company that drove without a license and with no administration of the drivers’ driving and rest periods was sanctioned with a shutdown. In another company, it was found that Polish and Lithuanian truck drivers were lodged without any sanitarian provisions. In a third company investigations, notably with respect to the pay and working conditions, are going on. Overall, 47 companies were investigated in 2016; in 60% of the cases the inspectorate discovered artificial arrangements and other breaches.
