Under the draft law, companies with 200 or more employees will have to provide workers with details on how their salary is calculated. Bigger companies, with more than 500 staff, will have to report regularly on efforts to provide equal pay for men and women. Women still earn less than men, official statistics show. Female workers receive on average 21 percent less than their male counterparts in gross earnings.
