This country report (the second in the series) focuses on four groups: long-term unemployed, low-skilled workers, older workers and displaced workers. The global financial crisis has hit hard and resulted in a high level of long-term unemployment, low rates of employment for some groups such as those who are older or low-skilled and poor reemployment chances for workers who have been made redundant.
