The company proposed to the workers two plans to increase wages. The first proposes increases between RON 60 and 200 (13 and 44 euro), while the second one proposes increases between RON 60 and 140 (13 and 31 euro). Both schemes could be implemented starting 1 January 2017. Both salary schemes are targeting 22,303 employees, specifically those with wages between RON 1,250 and 2,202 (277 and 489 euro). The first focuses on the employees with the smallest wages, which will also benefit from the biggest increase.
