During the negotiations, the parties have agreed a salary increase and also to increase the value of meal tickets, after the coming into force of the law regarding the increase in the nominal value increase in the meal tickets. The new pay scheme aims to follow the social equality principles, focusing on the employees with the lowest incomes.
