The union gave NS an ultimatum to meet their demands, or actions will start. Unions officials defend the need of two conductors on all double-deckers to reduce freeloaders. Otherwise the social security will continue to deteriorate. The parliament wants everyone in public transport to work on measures against freeloaders.
