A non-concluded collective agreement, discrimination in job applications and health and safety issues are among the issues that the UHM is seeking to address through the started industrial action. The negotiations for an agreement for clerks and registrars at the law courts have been going on for over two years now. The industrial action orders workers not to send or read e-mails, not to respond to telephone calls, and not to upload court judgments.
