It analyses statutory salaries and allowances for teachers and school heads in 40 European countries and regions and looks into how they have changed as compared to 2014\u002F2015. The report points out that in about 30 out of 40 surveyed countries, the minimum annual statutory salaries for teachers are lower than the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita.
