It shows how tax avoidance often combines with exploiting workers. Existing economic freedoms, notably the right to establish corporations in any EU jurisdictions with little substance requirements and the principle of freedom to provide services, give employers ample opportunities to avoid social security, tax and employment laws in countries of operation.
