The average gross salaries and wages paid in the period January-November 2015, compared to the average gross salaries and wages paid in the period January-November 2014, decreased by 0.8% in nominal terms and by 2.2% decreased in real terms. The average net salaries and wages paid in the period January-November 2015, compared to the average net salaries and wages paid in the period January-November 2014, decreased by 0.5% in nominal terms and by 1.9% decreased in real terms. The unemployment rate was at 16.7% at the end of the third quarter of 2014, a 1.4% decrease in comparison with the same period last year.
