Vopak's management is enmeshed in a dispute with its workers over terms of a new collective agreement, including pay and overtime allowances. The action was the second of its kind in the past thirteen years, according to a representative of the FNV trade union. The walk out involved staff at seven terminals working shifts, including Vopak terminals in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Vlissingen.
