A ballot on the deal was submitted to the union members, with the 30\u003Csup>th\u003C\u002Fsup> November as a deadline. A majority of trade union members voted in favour and thereafter, on 2 December 2015, the negotiation partners signed the definitive agreement. The social plan covers important aspects of the employment relationship of the employees and the provisions that apply in case of restructuring.
