The agreement runs from 1 April 2015 to 1 January 2018 and contains several pay increases and measures to promote standard employment. Staff will receive a retroactive pay hike of 0.8% from 1 April 2015 and further 1% increases in August 2015, 2016 and 2017. A one-off bonus of €200 will be paid to all employees in January 2016. Compensation for irregular night shifts is increased and, according to the new agreement, will also be paid when employees are on sick leave. The collective agreement furthermore foresees the abolition of zero-hour contracts at the medical centres and the conversion of temporary jobs into permanent contracts.
