Through the use of solidarity contracts that will reduce working hours, the number of redundancies will be reduced from 406 to 301. In addition, 120 apprentices whose contracts were not expected to be renewed will be held on. The agreement includes a voluntary retirement scheme, to which workers can enter before 2020.
