While the unions confirm their presence, they also stated fearing that the meeting is merely convened to meet the ministry’s legal obligation to annual collective negotiations. The unions remember that in 2012, they were invited once and were never involved in any social dialogue concerning the far going cuts and reforms in the public sector.
