The plans include a new indefinite term contract that allows employers to end the employment relation without stated cause in the first five months and makes firing very easy for the first two years. The proposal furthermore lowers severance pay, the abolition of paid lunch breaks and a provision allowing pensioners and unemployed to work up to sixty hours per month.
