Children of the employees delivered cards to the company, asking its management not to dismiss their parents. Tesco’s has started dismissing the first of a total of 1000 employees that will be made redundant. Meanwhile, the collective labour dispute continues, in which Solidarność is calling for limitations on the number of redundancies and a social plan for those who are laid off.
