Next to a pay rise of 2% for all (except for the management), the agreement consists of an extra payment based on merit (for approximately 80% of the workforce), increase of the minimum wage (with 3.4%) to €1,515 and an extension of the pay structure. Furthermore 80 precarious labour contracts will convert in 2012 into permanent contracts.
