The unions argue the budget cuts combined\r\nwith privatisation will lead to losses of as many as 3,000 jobs and a\r\ndeterioration of bus, tram and metro services.\r\nAfter earlier 24-hour strikes in the three cities, strikes on 27 June took\r\nplace only outside rush hours.
