It is a merger of all previous\r\nagreements (national contracts) in the craft metal industries facilities,\r\ndental labs and goldsmiths into one national contract, covering nearly 500,000\r\nworkers in 150,000 businesses. In addition to an average wage increase of € 86 per month, the agreements amends, among other\r\nthings, the provisions on part-time work, fixed-term contracts, the integration\r\ncontract and apprenticeships.
