After a meeting lasting over three hours with Miklos Szocska, the\r\nstate secretary for health affairs, Magor Papp said the government’s offer\r\ncould lead to a genuine improvement in 2012, but he refused to elaborate on its\r\ndetails. “Nothing has been decided yet, but progress has been made to prevent a\r\nhuman resources disaster,” Papp said.
