However, just after\r\nthe final decision was announced, the DFS said it would enter mediation, thus\r\ninvoking a no-strike clause for four weeks. In the weeks before the union had\r\nrejected renewed talks, after it declined a management offer for a 4.1% salary\r\nincrease.
