Petar Bunev,\r\npresident of the KNSB railway union, stated that a high-level meeting would be\r\nnecessary, also because of the absence of the Finance Ministry in recent\r\nmeetings. Bunev pointed out that an expert working group is developing plans\r\nfor railway development and reconstruction.
