The Belgian union confederations, FGTB\u002FABVV and CSC\u002FACV, contributed 20,000 militants that made the trade union opposition to the \u003Cstrong>European economic governance proposal\u003C\u002Fstrong> which was to be examined during the Summit, clearly visible and loudly heard.
