The spearheads are a larger focus on\r\nyouth and a floor for pay increase for the low-waged, and the union asks a\r\nclear statement of Corus concerning the state pension reform plans. \u003C\u002Fspan>FNV Bondgenoten\u003Cspan class=\"longtext1\"> wants a wage increase of 2% by \u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cspan class=\"longtext1\">1 April 2010\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cspan class=\"longtext1\"> for one year, with a floor of\r\nEuro 416.38 per percent per year. \u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cspan class=\"longtext1\">The union demands the salary scales of young employees to be increased\r\n2% by \u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cspan class=\"longtext1\">1 January 2011\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cspan class=\"longtext1\">.
