confederations, in Budapest outside the\r\nAcademy of Sciences on Saturday 4 December. The demonstration was organised by a\r\ncommittee made up of the \u003Cstrong>National Confederation of\r\nHungarian Trade Unions (MSzOSz),\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cstrong> \u003C\u002Fstrong>the \u003Cstrong>Autonomous\r\nTrade Union Confederation (ASsZs) and the Forum for the Co-operation of Trade\r\nUnions (SZEF).\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cstrong> \u003C\u002Fstrong>Leaders of these confederations said that a parliamentary\r\nmajority has approved and is preparing to approve legislation that conflicts\r\nwith the constitutional rule of law as well as basic EU rights.
