Human Rights and Decent Work
Ensure that human rights and decent working conditions are respected in Bangladesh's key export industries, particularly ready-made garments (RMG) and leather, by collecting data directly from the workers who experience them every day.

Due Diligence and Union Capacity
Strengthen labour standards through the Decent Work Due Diligence Check (DWDDC), a worker survey tool that captures workers' real experiences, and build trade unions' capacity to use this evidence when advocating for better conditions and engaging with employers.

International Compliance
Support Bangladesh’s compliance with international labour standards, contributing to continued eligibility under the GSP+ process, which gives developing countries preferential access to European markets in exchange for upholding those standards.
