This\r\nwas certainly a result of a dedicated effort by their national teams to\r\ndraw the attention of the wider audience and how the public may benefit\r\nby participating. In its Asuncion headquarters trade union\r\nconfederation CNT held a much publicized debate on the minimum income\r\nneeded to make ends meet. This led to a quantum leap in visits and data\r\nintake. The debate was also organized at the occasion of the start of\r\nthe offline survey in the month of March, conducted successfully by\r\nBASE from Asuncion.
