IWPLMS and IREC-Conferences - 2026
With inequality on the rise in the labour market, the conference will explore how it can be counteracted and what role social partners and the state play.
About the Conference
WageIndicator will be attending the joint IWPLMS and IREC-conferences in Olso, Norway, from 16 to 18 September 2026.
With inequality on the rise in the labour market, the conference will explore how it can be counteracted and what role social partners and the state play. Can new workers on the margins benefit from existing institutions, or are any alternative approaches required?
Topics to be discussed under this overarching theme include: the inclusivity of social dialogue and new challenges for non-standard forms of work; the role of industrial relations in the new world of work; job quality, working conditions and labour market mobility in a changing world of work.
