The BARSERVICE project seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis of these dynamics across 9 countries (6 EU Member States and 3 Candidate Countries). This is being done with a vision to support capacity building for collective bargaining in the services sector, specifically in the domains of commerce, finance, social care and publishing.
