ABSTRACT

This report is dedicated to an inventory of the most relevant ILO conventions for women workers, as generally put forward by the ILO, the ITUC and legal scholars publishing in international academic journals. In this report, we discuss the most important rights that can be derived from the selected conventions, followed by an overview of ratifications by the 12 countries.
