Today the WageIndicator site of Zimbabwe has joined the Decent Work Checks, an online tool to compare not only wages your get paid in a company but a whole set of indicators with national legislation and international standards. Earlier this month sites in South-Africa, Argentina and Zambia got their decent work checks. The decent work checks are a tool to make employees aware of their work situation and offer tools to deal with possible shortcoming. Later this months other countries with WageIndicator sites are expected to follow with their decent work checks.
